Return and Exchange Policy – BAKA STUDIO Thank you for shopping at BAKA STUDIO!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure this, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for unused and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available in the following situations: Damaged item: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on Instagram or at bakastudio.in@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Size issue: We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. If you are not satisfied with the size of your item, you can exchange it for a different size.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost of the item you wish to exchange.

We will cover the shipping cost of sending you the new size you requested. Refunds: Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our clothing, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange as outlined above.

Important notes: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
